What is a Cacao Ceremony?
It is a Sacred Gathering that is created around Cacao. A circle to gather with others in ceremony with the intention of sharing, setting intentions, singing and creating heart centered joyful connection. Cacao is a plant medicine that in essence opens our hearts and connection with ourselves & others.
I use Chuncho & Criollo Cacao from Peru and México.
I organize them monthly wherever I am in the world and also prepare private ones for special events like yoga retreats, birthdays, pregnancy as well as small company gatherings.

Astro Cacao: Connecting to the stars
In most of the ceremonies I organize, some elements and messages of Astrology are there as most of them are in the New or Full Moon. I like to invoke to the ceremonies the energies of the current sign and the moon phase to be assitance on the ceremony but also in our daily lives journey.

Every ceremony has a space for everyone to set intentions. Cacao is the plant medicine of the heart, when we set intentions from there, portals open, for ourselves & others.

Participants share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings in a safe and supportive environment, a wonderful container to open and express the voice.

The gathering often includes rituals such as opening prayers, chants, or guided meditations. These rituals are designed to create a sacred space and enhance the participants' connection to themselves, each other, and the cacao.

Singing, Dancing & Creating
Some Cacao Circles incorporate music, drumming, singing, or dancing, which can help participants connect with the cacao's energy.
